Arbor Day is celebrated nationally on April 28, but some cities in Florida have unofficially bumped it up to weekends in January. Here's how Tampa Bay cities and organizations are celebrating. City of Gulfport Arbor Day: Join the City of Gulfport and the children of the Gulfport Recreation Center in planting a tree.
